same here…6 years i have gone through this shit, sometimes im so tired from not fallin to sleep, i start to cry thinkin about suicide, i will never kill myself, but damn! so last nite i took 2 10mg melotonin w/ 2 benadryls and i think i slept.
& it’s happening to more ppl i know, even fucken kids!
how the fuck can an 6 month old be awake for days at a time, well i saw it, & it fucked me up!

it sucks i cant sleep when i want to. i stopped sleeping in until 5-6PM though. i now wake up at 1PM. But i don’t sleep til like 4-7AM.

plus i smoke pot all the time since i was 14 and it doesnt help it just makes you more tired
its not bullshit you probably just havent experienced proper insomnia. its an actual inability to fall asleep you feel fucking tired but its like you just dont know how to sleep sometimes u can lie in bed for hours and hours and it feels like a few minutes but youvfe been awake the whole time just stuck in being awake and semi asleep and the longer the insomnia last the more you atart to feel like that all the time. its not bullshit dude
well, i would consider myself an insomniac… but I tend to want to sleep in the daytime for some reason. I don’t work nights, but I can’t seem to wind down at night. Look it’s 4:30 in the morning and i’m stil up! craziness! I HATE IT!!!!
