Are you trying to purchase for yourself, direct patients or do you want to understand prescription drug pricing? By “medicine” do you mean prescriptions?

Have you tried www.amazon.com where you can get second hand books for a cheaper price, your own college may have some available second hand or new at their own price, you could try putting a notice on a student noticeboard seeing if any previous years are selling theres else put a note up there to let them know you want to buy some (mention title, author etc.) or else talk to lecturer or previous year they are the ones who’ve been there, best of luck with your medicine
